NEXSHIP LLC acts as an intermediary between shippers and carriers to arrange freight transportation.

Welcome to NEXSHIP LLC. By accessing or using our services, including receiving SMS communications, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not engage with our services.
2. Consent for SMS Communication
By providing your consent to receive SMS communications, you acknowledge and agree to receive text messages from NEXSHIP LLC at the phone number you provide. Information obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third
parties.
3. Types of SMS Communications If you have consented to receive text messages, you may receive SMS communications
related to the following:
● Customers and Guests: Billing notices, Policy updates/changes, Office Hour updates, Appointment reminders, freight information and related services,
● Between employees: Messaging employees of time off request, Staffing, office/ admin updates, Office Protocol/Update, staff meetings

By filling out a website form and by verbal communication and consent with our company’s representative.

8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of changes.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
